It’s currently difficult to get a clear view of how much storage and bandwidth each Cloud project is consuming. When our site ran out of space, we had no visibility into what was using up the quota — until support confirmed that logs alone were consuming 2GB.
Feature Suggestion
Add a Project Usage page within the Umbraco Cloud Dashboard that shows a breakdown of resource usage per environment.
Suggested Metrics to Display
Total storage used / quota (e.g. 4.7GB of 5GB used)
Breakdown by category:
/wwwroot/media
/App_Data/Logs
Application files
Temporary/cache data
Bandwidth usage (monthly transfer)
Benefits
Gives developers clear visibility of what’s consuming their storage.
Helps identify potential issues before they cause downtime or failed deployments.
Allows for more informed decisions on when to upgrade plans or clean up old assets.
