Discount templates

Had a few people say that the discounts builder can be a little intimidating initially so wondering if we could create some options when creating a discount that can auto configure some predefined discounts types.

These could be options on a create dialog and be able to pre-define discount configs. If these could also be pluggable that would be great as it would mean people could also define their own discount templates.

Maybe something like doc type blueprints?

Maybe some predefined items like partial view snippets in Umbraco core "Breadcrumb" etc. or like predefined items in Umbraco Forms like "Contact Form" etc.

In Vendr it could have a predefined discount template like "Free Shipping" etc.
