List orders on member page

Just a follow-up in this previous issue: https://github.com/vendrhub/vendr/issues/129#event-3674281576

It would be nice to add a content app to member page/view, so it is possible to see a paged list of orders for the specific member.

I think content apps for member has been available since v8.6, but I think it would be fair to require this feature requires Umbraco is updated. Maybe the future release of Vendr would require Umbraco 8.6 as minimum?

I think it won't break anything adding a content app for member and using Umbraco 8.4, the content app would simply not be visible unless using Umbraco v8.6+

Umbraco 8.6.0 was released about same time as Vendr v1.0.0, so not sure if anyone is using Vendr on a version prior to v8.6.
