Since its now possible to add config for the label editor, I think it would be nice, if we could use that for adding eg. label templates to labels created as ucOrderProperties.

yea, definitely something we want to do. The labels system wasn't really there when we first launched so we went with label UI elements, but I don't see why we can't support the new label syntax with UFM support.
