Ability to set font weight of order line properties with UI Extensions

I would like to be able to set the font-weight and/or other styles using the UI Extensions so that I may call attention to certain properties in the back office.

Context

Currently, there is a "weight" option that can be set in the manifest. However, this affects the order of the properties not the font. It would be great if a "font-weight" and/or "font-style" could be added in order to allow for styling certain properties so they are more prominent on the screen.

Sure, I can do that. I was just looking for something quicker than recreating the entire view. Since Umbraco Commerce is closed source, I believe I do not have access to the code for the OOB view, correct?

Everything pretty much uses the CMS Umb.PropertyEditorUi.Label view by default. You can point it to a custom property editor UI element definition to control the entire output https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/customizing/property-editors/composition/property-editor-ui#the-property-editor-ui-element

I just thing styling is so subjective that to give options to override individual attributes would require us to provide a lot of options. Instead we go with the view that the OOTB is what it is, and if you want to customize it, you override the entire output.
