Commerce Price extra decimal spaces not working

Bug summary

When setting the property "Additional Decimal Places" it's not applied, and only 2 decimal spaces can be entered in the price picker as without setting the property.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a price property on a product and set up the property editor to allow extra decimal places.

Expected result / actual result

Being able to add extra decimal places to a price, and thus being able to fix rounding issues

Will this be fixed for v15? For reasons i'll not trouble you with we cannot update the project to umbraco 16 for now and probably not for a while...

Hey @niekvanderreest v16 was the priority leading up to Codegarden but now that's out of the way yea I think we can easily back port this for v15 so I'll get that looked at this week.
