Bumps [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild) to 0.25.1 and updates ancestor dependencies [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild), [vite](https://github.com/vitejs/vite/tree/HEAD/packages/vite) and [vite-plugin-static-copy](https://github.com/sapphi-red/vite-plugin-static-copy). These dependencies need to be updated together.
