Issue summary

When an email workflow fails, the site admin may miss the form submission as they aren't notified of the form submissions.

Specifics

There are a number of ways the email workflow can fail, such as an invalid email or the emal attachments being too large.

Steps to reproduce

Setup a form with an upload field and an email workflow to notify you of submission that attatches any uploads and submit the form with a large attachment.

Expected result / actual result

Ideally there would be some sort of workflow that either runs after a form submission, or on a daily basis, to notify an admin of the failed email workflows and to point them at the failed forms.

Is that something you would consider adding please?
