Issue summary

Over the past couple of months we have had several separate clients raise concerns about the default Umbraco Forms email template.

"There's pictures of some random people on our email"

"Please remove the image with the happy shiny people"

I know we can adjust the template ourselves, but you have to know it's there to do so... which it isn't by default since moving to an RCL!

Whilst I understand the sentiment, I'm not sure having pictures of the community or any Umbraco branding for that matter in the default email template is really too professional. Looking at other Umbraco products that send emails (Workflow, Commerce) neither of these do it...
