Issue summary

Since upgrading to Umbraco 13.10.0 and Forms 13.4.2 the delete option of all form entries has disappeared.
There's no delete option on the list view or on the form entry itself. This is true for both a standalone Umbraco instance and for my Umbraco Cloud installation.

I have full Administrator permission to everything and have access to Sensitive Data.

Steps to reproduce

Create a test form with any number of fields. Add it to a page and submit the form.
When viewing the form entry in the back office there is no delete option available.

Expected result / actual result

Expect to be able to delete form entries, either by selecting in the List view or from the form entry details itself.
