Issue summary

When selecting entries within a form it is possible to delete the entry without any user verification, given the proximity of the delete button to the save button it is possible to accidently click delete and the entry be deleted forever without any option for recovery.

Steps to reproduce

• Open Umbraco Backoffice
• Go to forms
• Click Form
• Click Entries
• Select individual entry checkbox

Expected result / actual result

User asked to confirm if they would like to delete the selected entry.
