Contrast issue with `uui-avatar`

Which exact UI Library version are you using? For example: 1.0.1 - don't just write v1.

Bug summary

On Umbraco Cloud it sets a random color and avatar based on named, which sometimes cause issue with contrast between background color and text color.

Previously it was possible to change the brand color as part of the Deploy environment config, but unfortunately it was removed as part of supporting Umbraco 9+ / .NET Core on Umbraco Cloud.

I suggested it here, but it seems we are still limited to the auto-generated color. I really hope we get an option to change/customize this.

It can of course set a specific background color, which we can't control at the moment in Umbraco Cloud.

But also an issue here between text and background color.

I think the swatches originally used the isLight() function to adjust this. Currently we use the Colord library, but it seems unmaintained, so I added a discussions with some alternative suggestions.

Perhaps we could also have some basic colors utils to use (either our own, or inheriting from a library). E.g. an isLight() and other useful functions.
