I have added tasks to our internal backlog to get the rest of the code samples updated, and also to perform a sanity check of a few of the ones updated in this PR. |

Description
The
IPublishedSnapshotAccessorwas removed as part of the "new cache" project, but it is still present in various code samples (with an obsoletion warning).This PR updates most of the code samples.
The PR also aligns a little bit on various wordings, such as using "Models Builder" instead of "Modelsbuilder".
