is there any papers/results/diagrams to show the differences between the simulation result and the verilog model results?

Hi sir:
I am learning the DRAMsim3 ， and I want to kown the accuracy of DRAMsim3 when compared with the verilog model,
so is there any materials I can refer to ?
I have read the papers

1. 《 DRAMsim3: a Cycle-accurate, Thermal-Capable DRAM Simulator》and
2. 《A performance & power comparison of modern high-speed DRAM architectures》
   but they merely mentioned that experiments had done to compare with the verilog model, but NO data or diagrams were given
