Remove `/warn` message from chat after some time

Feature request: when warn is issued, the message lives indefinitely in the chat. Would be convenient to have it hanging for some time in the chat (enough for the message author to see it, e.g. 1-2 minutes), and then remove it, not cluttering the message history.
