Allow configuring 'isGlobal' for default 'CASP_ACCOUNT' #3
Description
By default, the created 'CASP' account is set as a non-global account.
It would be useful to allow configuring it using an 'CASP_ACCOUNT_GLOBAL' env var as setting it as global allows re-using the default test-bot for other accounts.
