[Feature Request]: crwl cmd does not have version flag

What needs to be done?

provide the usual flag depend on taste

crwl -v
crwl --version

and etc

This are the current flags:

$ crwl -h

  Crawl a website and extract content

  Simple Usage:     crwl crawl https://example.com
