Case-sensitive forms (`case`) feature implementation

Problem description
The feature currently substitutes a-z with A-Z, excluding the 'wonky' alternates, which may leave you with a nice wave effect if applied manually in CSS:

Expected behavior
Feature should not replace any letter characters at all. It is intended to provide uppercase-matching punctuation in all-caps context provided on application level.
