Apps don't show up after setup, requires restart

Description

The hard-coded apps don't show up on a fresh setup. A restart is required to have the apps menu in the UI.

How to Reproduce

1. Setup a fresh Android TV integration
2. Run setup-flow
3. Add a device, select Google Cast & external metadata
4. Add media-player to UI page
5. Open media-player
6. --> no apps shown
7. Verify with Core-API call: no apps included
8. Restart remote (or integration if running externally)
9. --> apps show up
