Recent and In-Progress Change Reports

Feature Description

A DCS user should be able to see a report of all of the currently changed files in the repo and who changed them. The report should have 2 modes (branches, master), each with 2 views (by filename, by user).

1. Current branches
   a. filename - changed by: , , ...
   b. username - changed file(s)
2. Master branch (filtered by date range, default 1 week)
   a. filename - changed by: , , ...
   b. username - changed files
