I keep being logged out of every site

I enabled the setting "Allow sites to save data on your device"

I also disabled chrome://flags/#clear-data-on-exit

I even added sites to the whitelist

Nothing, as soon as I close the browser I have to login to every single site..

Pasword manager does not work either

you need to go in settings and add a search engine. it is set to None so u gotta change it.
