Consider omitting "hexhash" filed in the test displays.

This is not human readable and is not yet used for anything. Why make the output harder to read?

Note that "hexhash" is intended for identifying tests across different ICU versions, even when the "label" field is not consistent. So far, we don't have a good implementation of such comparisons.
