I expect to do another quick turnaround, so expect a d4 this weekend. I
need to go back through all my 18.0 annotation action items and check
against what I picked up from Michel's CD3 draft, so there will no doubt
be a few more changes for that pass.

My general impression on this release, after struggling through
annotations all day is that overall it is an antiquarian nightmare. ;-)
Obscure phonetic letters nobody knows about: check. Obscure musical
symbols nobody has seen: check. Dead Chinese scripts: check. Oh, and
yeah, lots of 4th millennium obscure cuneiform numbers for counting
malted barley or barley groats or some liquid stuff we don't know what
it was: check.
