README.md has broken links to the examples

Clicking the links in the examples table gives 404 errors.

I think this might be the result of splitting the examples into a new repo.

I think this might be the result of splitting the examples into a new repo.

The broken links issue in README.md has been resolved via PR #231 and PR #232, which has now been merged.

This update fixes the incorrect URLs in the examples table. You may now close this issue.
