Catalog README out of sync with the library directory

### Problem

The `README.md` in the catalog repository is missing a few libraries present in the `library/` directory.
For example, r/4.3.3, sqlite/3.40, python/3.14, perl/5.42

### Expected behavior

The README should accurately reflect the libraries available in `library/`.

### Proposed fix

Update the README to add the missing libraries.
