Improve the test coverage of part of kraftkit #2671

Feature request summary
currently kraftkit has packages which are like 0% of coverage such as machine, oci, store covering 0%.
I would like to propose the issue where i will add some PR's to kraftkit repo to improve the test coverage alteast a considerable percentage (i.e 40%) to make sure the code is being well tested, reliability of the code.
I will add small PR's including tests for modules one by one.
