The transfer button is inactive

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app.union.build
2. transfer asset across two chains
3. then bug pops up, transfer button becomes inactive.

its expected that after loading fees and creating order, transfer ready should be next and assets transffered smoothly across chains
