Opening just scratch file without opening Folder

In order for this extension to interoperate with LSP and behave as expected, you need to open a Folder where scratch file is.
If you open just scratch.u, then

• UCM will not be automatically started
• LSP will not be working

For beginners, this can be frustrating.
Extension can continue to expect folder to be opened, but what would be good to have here is clear error warning, directing user what to do

I think this is just a shortfall in how the extension is currently written, should be fixable once I get minute to look at it :)

I've experienced the same problem yesterday and it took me quite a while to sort this out. I can confirm it's super confusing, so I hope it gets fixed soon.
