Dashboard for analytics #266
Description
As a product owner of the Metriq website, I want to have a dashboard reporting on analytics on metriq.info, so that I can track trends in user acquisition and engagement. This dashboard would report on all the metrics that are not on Google Analytics (e.g., number of submissions per week, number of «Follow» actions, ...)

Implementation suggestion:
Use a tool like https://superset.apache.org/, which is easy to manage and can be connected to the postgres db.
