Move the various zqs-{enable,disable}-xyz commands into proper commands
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Don't want to incur the overhead of defining all the zqs settings toggles every session when users won't use them 99% of the time. It isn't much, but every millisecond counts.

Move the various zqs-{enable,disable}-xyz commands into proper commands
