Disable / Remove "Upload Image" button and Dropzone

Summary

I want to disable the Upload image button and Dropzone for the Image Content feature.
Instead only Urls are supposed to be entered and used.

So far I was only able to deactivate the entire Image Content or the entire Upload section, also removing the Image Url option.
