aren't functions like safe supposed to always take a constructor?

im not confident enough to make this an issue but each time i find myself creating something similar to safe the non-constructor version always ended up causing some problem.

foo<T>(promise: Promise<T>): Promise<T>

vs.

foo<T>(fn: () => Promise<T>): Promise<T>

silly me it's because its only for rpc functions xD
