Add a Flatpack build for Flathub

Hello,

I use Fedora and I have no access to Snap applications. Another containerized application system, named Flatpack, is widely used (and maybe more!).

A commonly used registry is Flathub. Here is the doc for App submission.

Could it be possible to add Flatpack build for Flathub?
