We should have a behavior that should be able to automatically set the Grid.Row and Grid.Column properties on an element when being placed inside of a Grid at runtime.

The Grid should have its RowDefinitions and/or ColumnDefinitions set and we should be able to handle Row/ColumnSpan when setting the Row/Columns on the children
