Cannot locate resource from 'ms-appx:///Themes/Primary.xaml'

Following code works fine on windows but fails under linux on commented line.

I checked this page I don't see how it relates to this issue perhaps IDK what I'm looking for?

I also saw Windows.Storage but don't know how to use it since ResourceDictionary.Source expects a Uri.

This code is not in a library project. My repo is here.

Thanks for the question. Can you explain what the failure is?

Thanks @jeromelaban - I did not explicitly add the remove statements. I changed the Build Action to Page however I get the same error. Repo is updated.

Thanks for the update. You'll notice that the app does not work on Windows either, and this is caused by the path to the resource dictionary being incorrect.

As you're including the ResourceDictionary files in a class library, the path must be specified entirely:

Uri uri = new Uri($"ms-appx:///LeaderPivot.XAML.UNO.Host/Themes/{themeName}.xaml");

This was very helpful to me: I think it might be a good idea to include the note in https://platform.uno/docs/articles/external/uno.themes/doc/material-getting-started.html, as those docs assume that the default template creates a shared project. That's no longer the case, so the examples result in unhandled exceptions at runtime.
