Prism library enforces inconsistent dependencies ?

Adding the library to a WinUI desktop application requires the package Uno.Extensions.Hosting.WinUI to be added. Is it regular ?

@nickrandolph btw I had to add the package Uno.Extensions.Hosting.WinUI 2.3.1 to launch the application. I do not know if it is correct or not.
