Thanks for asking the question, it has uncovered a missing link between Uno Toolkit , which is a set of Uno-Platform maintained set of cross-platform-first components, AND all the rest of components you can use from the ecosystem. You can find the rest of them here https://platform.uno/hundreds-of-ui-components/

Jerome's answer is correct and we implemented a bunch of controls in our Galery, but not all as there are literally hundreds. So the page I provided (https://platform.uno/hundreds-of-ui-components/) will give you a good idea of what is available, and even still you may need to go to a specific vendor/project page to see what is available. i.e. Live Charts for Uno are here https://livecharts.dev/docs/unowinui/2.0.0-rc2/gallery
