Build warnings about PublishFolderType and NewsstandKit framework

I created a brand new iOS project in the Uno Platform. I'm trying to run it on the iOS simulator (using Visual Studio Code). I get the following warnings:

Also, I'm not sure if it's related, but when the app finally runs in the iOS simulator, there's just a black screen. Nothing ever appears.

No, the MT4189 warnings are because Apple removed the API (from iOS) but it would be a breaking change for Microsoft to remove the binding assemblies. As such the API are still present but in a non-functional state (so the apps can still be submitted successfully).

There might be other runtime (not build time) logs that will tell you why nothing is shown in the iOS simulator.

@redcurry you can ignore those two warnings, and it will be fixed in an upcoming Uno release.
