Unable to get values of dynamic controls in Winui 3 with UNO

Radio button created but when we select radio button and want to get selected value then unable to get selected value

Can you be more specific when you say you're "unable to get the selected value"? In general, it's best to create a small repro app which shows what you're trying to do, end to end.
