Update

This seems to be a regression on WASM, where some parts of the UI are now very laggy and risizing the window is blanking out the page completely. Here you can see comparison of prod gallery vs canary. You can see the slider is lagging significantly on Canary and resizing causes the page to become completely blank

Current behavior 🐛

When some Uno Skia WASM apps are resized, they are blanking out temporarily. Interestingly, it is not happening in all applications, e.g. it happens reliably in Samples app and Chefs, but not in Uno Gallery
