Document the dependencies: SailfishOS SDK, Qt version, etc..

This is an interesting project and I might want try to continue to develop this. That in mind could you document briefly the dependencies of this components on the SailfishOS SDK, Qt versions and modules, and any other external libs that this sw might have. Thanks for your efforts.. :)

I am at the moment not so very active, but still now and then working. I don't use any external apps, but i am dreaming of adding the qtilerenderer and ofline OSM support. It renders everything via QSceneGraph so i think this gives you a dependency of Qt5.5. The latest version works for desktop as well (i tested only linux).
If you want to improve/add something, just let me know, so i won't be working on the same thing.

I will add a bit to the readme.md about compiling when i have time, but i don't think it will be much more than:

Get Sailfish sdk
open project
press run

and for desktop

get qt5
get c++11 capable compiler
qmake && make

Can you by any chance try out if this works for you?

thanks for those, I'll check them out as soon as I have time for this, been
quite busy with oyther stuff, but will definitely return to this later
