Feature Request: Support multiple domains

Use Case:
Organizations often manage multiple domains (e.g., .co.uk, .org, .ca, .us). With a single hosted instance of Snapp, users should be able to create shortlinks under any of these domains.

For example:

• A user could create a shortlink on both .org and .ca at the same time going to the same destination

• A user could create a shortlink on both .org and .ca at different times and the same shortlink path could point to different destinations depending on the domain (e.g., example.org/shortlink and example.ca/shortlink redirect to different places).

• Domains available can be restricted based on the user
