Would it be handy to get element by `document.querySelector` just before or at the begining of his step if it doesn't exists during configuration? I have such situation and want to implement this feature, cause `introJs.refresh(true)`: - Could be non-optimal to fetch all elements of steps several times - It's not handy to call `introJs.refresh(true)` on each pre-step - `introJs.refresh(true)` don't position properly (I haven't figured out why yet)
