Improvement suggestion: user profile route

Most of laravel sites use standard routing like resources which is {site}/user/1 instead of {site}/user/username

username can be more difficult to implement in case if you allow the people to register with their own names (ex: Anton Dimitrov) in this case it is impossible to change route because of conflicts with their names, Let me know if you need more explanation
