There is no information on how to create some code shared between several request in v3. For example, in v2, defining a function at the collection level allowed to use the function it in all sub-folders and requests in that collection. In v3, this functionality does not work anymore and I did not find any workaround in the doc.

From v3 onwards, sharing scripts/functions across collections is no longer available. However, you can use setVar and getVar to achieve similar behavior. Feel free to check out our blog for more details.
