connect ECONNREFUSED

I have a GET request in Bruno

http://beelink:9658/wordle/gettodayswordleanswer
Beelink is the hostname of a Linux box running an api listening on port 9658 on my LAN
And I receive this error

connect ECONNREFUSED 10.10.1.10:9658
I can curl it successfully from the same Windows box that Bruno is installed on - any ideas guys
There is no firewall and no proxy either end
I'm on 2.15.1 Bruno on Windows 10

Just seen this in Network response

there was an error executing the request!

I worked it out I had to have the API listening on IP4 and IP6 Bruno works now
