adding tools to the Galaxy EU

As I prepare for the GTA. I am checking the workflow and adding the missing tools into Galaxy. I found that all of the tools from this workflow are missing from the Galaxy EU. (https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/variant-analysis/tutorials/dunovo/workflows/dunovo.html)

The owner of those tools is named Nick.

Shall I create a separate yaml file for those tools?

Yeah, they are not standard tools. Is this tutorial now part of GTN? I'm not super keen to add those tool without migrating them to IUC and or least make sure they are maintained.

Hi @bgruening,

The tutorial is on GTN. I found Galaxy Main's tools, but they don't work as they should. So I have replaced the nonstandard tutorials.
