[Feature IDEA] Update/modify indicators

Could memos possibly show memo edit/modification activity?
Green = new memo
Yellow = edit memo
Red = Archive/Delete memo

If multiple things happen on a day: Green > Red > Yellow (or Red > Green > Yellow)

right now my activity calendar looks pretty empty - only 2 or 3 green blips...
i spend most of my time editing the same task, adding more checkboxes or little bits of information here and there in my current notes.

the calendar doesn't show that activity... but was thinking it could.
