upgrade from 23.1 to 24. drop database error

for the life of me can't fix this, I went back to 23.1 and everything is fine, the minute I go to 24 I get an error:

So how does one fix that ?

Solution copied from someone else, I used PHPmyadmin on the database to fix.

Check if the "tags" column exists in the memo table, and if it doesn’t, you need to add it: ALTER TABLE memo ADD COLUMN tags JSON;

Check if the "pinned" column exists in the memo table, and if it does, you need to delete it: ALTER TABLE memo DROP COLUMN pinned;
