What's the plan for the activities API?

Hello there!

I was looking at the https://memos.apidocumentation.com/reference#tag/activityservice/get/api/v1/activities and I was trying to figure out what's this for.

Is it used now? Does it do anything?
I tried creating comments, putting reactions but nothing, the activity list doesn't get populated.

Do you plan of implementing it similarly to a full audit trail where one could also check what notes were created, deleted, modified etc?
